DIRECTIONS FROM GEORGE BUSH INTERCONTINENTAL AIRPORT

1.    Follow the signs for the AIRPORT EXIT toward INTERSTATE 45. You will eventually reach the corner of JOHN F KENNEDY BLVD and GREENS RD, where there is a traffic light.
2.    Stay straight on JOHN F KENNEDY BLVD for about 0.5 miles—you will pass several gas stations, fast food places, and hotels. At the end of that block, you will see BELTWAY 8.
3.    Turn RIGHT onto the feeder road of BELTWAY 8/N SAM HOUSTON PKWY. Move as quickly as possible to the LEFT lane.
4.    About 0.5 miles down the feeder road, you will enter BELTWAY 8 ramp towards I-45.
5.    Stay on BELTWAY 8, which becomes SAM HOUSTON TOLLWAY. There will be two toll charges ($1.25 per booth) for a total of $2.50.
6.    You will be on this tollway for about 20 minutes.
7.    At the junction of INTERSTATE 10 (this section is also known as the Katy Freeway) and SAM HOUSTON TOLLWAY, take the INTERSTATE 10 exit towards SAN ANTONIO (west). You will go up a steep ramp and should keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp.
8.    As you come down the ramp, you will merge onto INTERSTATE 10 heading west. Move into the far RIGHT lane as quickly as possible.
9.    Take the second exit, DAIRY ASHFORD RD. Stay in the LEFT lane on the feeder.
10.    At the traffic light at DAIRY ASHFORD, make a left turn and another left turn once you pass under the freeway. You will now be heading east on the feeder road.
11.    Our building is the tall black glass building named Preferred Bank located about 0.5 miles down the feeder road. The exact address 11757 Katy Frwy. It is the tallest building on this block.
12.    If you are taking a taxi, have them drop you off at the front door of the building. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. We are in Suite 210, with the entry and reception at the back of the building, near the parking garage.
13.    If you are driving, you MUST park in the garage—there is no surface parking. Enter the parking garage and go up the first ramp. When you reach the end of the garage, turn left, but do not go up the next ramp. Instead, take the second left, which will have you heading toward the building on the non-inclined second level. Drive toward the building and then turn left and a second immediate left. You will now be heading away from the building on a down ramp. About one-quarter of the way down the ramp on your right, you will see reserved parking for Dr. Miller’s Patients. Park in one of the spots. Enter the building through the second floor of the garage (you need to go up a few stairs). Once in the building, go right and the entry into our suite is the first door.

DIRECTIONS FROM HOBBY AIRPORT

1.    Make a LEFT on Airport Blvd. (Continue for approximately 1 mile)
2.    Make a LEFT on Telephone Rd. (Continue for approximately 3 miles).
3.    Make a RIGHT on BELTWAY 8 service road and MERGE onto the SAM HOUSTON TOLLWAY. There is an entrance fee of $0.75 and 3 other stops at $1.25 each for a total of $4.50 each way.
4.    Continue on SAM HOUSTON TOLLWAY, past Highway 288 and US-59.
5.    You will be on this tollway for about 20 minutes.
