The Editorial Team is comprised of dental professionals who are considered among the leaders in their respective fields of interest. Each member has been carefully selected to keep the Team diverse on a geographical basis and to create the proper balance between practicing clinicians and academicians.

REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP ON THE REALITY EDITORIAL TEAM

1. Must have graduated from dental school over five years prior to the date of application to the Editorial Team.

2. Cannot be an evaluator for any other "product evaluation" publication, such as CRA or the Dental Advisor.

3. Cannot be an owner or partial owner in any company or manufacturer whose products may come under our evaluation.

4. Must be able to devote 10 hours per month on Editorial Team duties. These duties include, but are not limited to: evaluating products, suggesting techniques, and writing literature reviews, all in a timely manner.

5. Must have given a presentation on esthetic dentistry to dentists at least one time per year for the previous five years, including having given a minimum of a one hour program at a national or international meeting.

6. Must have published five articles on esthetic dentistry over the past five years, including having written an original paper for a refereed national or international journal.
