Michael B. Miller, D.D.S.

Dr. Miller received his D.D.S. from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1974 and completed a general practice residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Houston in 1975. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a Founding and Accredited Member, and Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and has memberships in the International Association of Dental Research, Academy of Dental Materials, and Academy of Operative Dentistry. Dr. Miller has contributed to several texts, is on the editorial boards of Practical Procedures and Aesthetic Dentistry and Spectrum, and authors regular columns in General Dentistry and Dental Equipment & Materials. He is also the co-founder of
REALITY.

Ingrid R. Castellanos, C.D.
Vice President & Publisher
Dr. Castellanos received her C.D. in 1983 and her Especiality in
Orthodontics in 1989, both from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de
Mexico Facultad de Odontologia in Mexico City, Mexico. She has lectured internationally
and is a member of the International Association of Dental
Research and Academia Mexicana de Ortodoncia (Mexican Academy of
Orthodontists), and the American Association of Orthodontists, in addition to being a Fellow of the World
Federation of Orthodontists. Dr. Castellanos is currently
in charge of coordinating product evaluations.
